How long is the delivery time?
For most products, the delivery time is 1-2 business days. For self-assembly kits and custom systems, the delivery time is 4-5 business days. The expected delivery time is also stated on the product page. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace once your package has been dispatched.
From what amount is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over €75. For orders under this amount, we charge €5.95 for shipping and handling.
How can I return a product?
You can return products within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to register a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs are for the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, Mastercard, and Visa.

Can I cancel my order?
